What is Salesforce Genie?

Salesforce Genie is a hyperscale real-time data platform that powers the entire Salesforce Customer 360.

With Genie, every company can turn data into customer magic, delivering seamless, highly personalized experiences across sales, service, marketing, and commerce that continuously adapt to changing customer information and needs in real time.

Why is it so important?

Today, every customer expects personalized interaction with the business however this becomes nearly impossible. And what’s the reason for that? It’s obvious that data remains isolated, incomplete and duplicative. To overcome this, Companies on average have 976 separate applications to run their business, which fragments customer data and digital experiences. 

Will Salesforce Genie resolve Customer and Business Problems?

Today, Salesforce is not only known for its enterprise applications but also for its continuous improvement and innovation. With that said, Salesforce Genie is bound to bring resolution to the current problems.

But how will it do so? Exactly to answer this question, let me tell you that Salesforce Genie unifies all of a company’s customer data across channels and interactions into a single, real-time customer profile, so every experience across the Customer 360 is more automated, intelligent, and real time.
